After a decade working in PR and Marketing for ethical wellness and lifestyle brands, I began to follow a more personal path. My travels through South America, including time with remote tribal communities, deepened my fascination with plant-based healing — not just for humans, but for animals too. Volunteering at animal sanctuaries along the way further fuelled this passion.
During lockdown, I discovered the work of Caroline Ingraham, the leading figure in Applied Zoopharmacognosy — the science of how animals self-select natural compounds to support their own health. The concept immediately resonated with me, combining holistic care with solid scientific foundations.
I went on to train with Caroline, completing Levels 1 and 2 before gaining my Professional Diploma with distinction in Autumn 2024. Throughout my studies, I worked with animals experiencing physical, emotional, and behavioural imbalances — often with guardians new to the therapy, who were surprised by the powerful results they witnessed, sometimes in just one session.
In 2025, I launched Wild Wisdom, offering in-person consultations in Hastings and surrounding areas, as well as remote sessions.
My work is grounded in empathy, respect for the animal’s autonomy, and a deep belief in the healing intelligence of nature — supported by science.
